I need help

My name is Odedra and I bought an iPhone XS Max for $307 from someone named shyanne and when I got the package yesterday nothing was in it and I know it didn’t fall out because the package was sealed shut and the shyanne person deactivated their offer up account the same day I was getting the package, so I filled out one of those buyer protection forms and somebody from offer up got back to me and said that they talked to usps and that my shipment was delayed and to wait 15 days and I emailed them that I have the package with shyanne smith name on it so how would it have been delayed? And somebody named Donna from offer up got back to me and said that she sent my issue to a payment specialist and that she needed further information such as, the transaction id, the name and what I bought so I emailed her the info and I’m just wonder how long would it be for the payment specialist to get back to me and give me my money back?

Ok so update! I dm them on twitter and texted them on Facebook and every last one except on Instagram got back to me. They checked w/ other people from OfferUp to make sure I was getting help and I got an email today stating that they had everything and that they stopped the payment I made to the scammer and that the money should be back on my card in a few days, so the key is to stay consistent & follow up, but they will surely get back to you within a few hours or a day & if you think you’re being kept in the dark for too long it never hurts to send another email or dm for answers to your questions!

A week, to roughly a month or two.

It depends on how fast Stripe is able to work with your bank to sort it out.
