Discrimination from buyer

Today I received a nasty text message from a buyer and she was using discriminatory words calling me a "n" and black H....I am done with this site as too I don't have time to be going through all that....her user name was Whitney and I will be getting back posting what all was said. I don't have time for this so good day!

That's messed up, I'm sure we all agree that it's unacceptable.

Report them so they can be banned.

I would also contact the offerup support twitter account or https://offerup.com/support/new/ so they are on top of it.

Most likely some bored idiot, don't be discouraged, plenty of good sellers / buyers out there.

I've tried to report her but she has blocked me....and I can't find her messages on here but she also sent some to my phone. How do I find her after I have been blocked by her? Her name $WhitWhitboutique

@MrsConda--Hello & welcome!! I'm very sorry that you're having such a negative experience. It's unfortunate for someone to treat you like that. As @goblin stated, there are many great buyers and sellers on OfferUp!!

I would encourage you to reach out to customer support & tell them about your experience so that can investigate the situation, & hopefully ban/suspend the account.

Yeah chat logs / names should still be saved on cache from their end 🙂
