Need help getting in touch with Offer up customer service to resolve an issue!

I’ve shipped an item sold to a buyer and al of the sudden I got a message saying buyer was refunded because I successfully cancelled which I didn’t and I’ve been trying to contact customer service so they can check the tracking # I used the offer up shipping label provided! I’m very upset the seller kids saying she will mail me he money but won’t respond. What can I do to get my money


Did you ship within the 3 day allotment from the time the shipping label was provided? IF not, the system will automatically cancel the transaction.
