Most sellers operate on no returns after the meeting has occurred. I'm sorry this happened to you, but all you can do is report the seller to Offerup.

Sorry, but you're completely out of luck. OU isn't going to do anything to help you. You had the chance to inspect the shoes in person before you paid for them. Your mistake and the money is gone for good unless you figure out how to sue in small claims court.
