I filed a buyer protection claim last week, but never received even a confirmation email about the claim.
I just got screwed out of $80+ on another purchase, and I don't want this to happen again, but I'm worried somehow my claim got f-ed up.
I have tried talking to support over twitter, but that was worthless and they stopped replying.
How do I talk to someone and get my issues addressed and sorted out?
Just call credit card company. I filed claim and never had any communication from OfferUp. I think buyer protection is just marketing to get you to buy. Shame on you OfferUp.
I've had the same issue. The order was cancelled and after speaking to the seller neither he nor I got the money. I contacted offerup twice. They still haven't gotten back to me.
