How to cancel - seller did not ship

Hello, the seller marker the item as shipped but it never scanned into the system and it's been way too long and I don't want to continue with the sale. It was sold July 30, marked shipped August 1, and now it's end of day August 7 and I don't want to keep waiting. How do I cancel the transaction? Thank you! Ben

I took a look into your account and it seems that both of the transactions you initiated have timed out and were cancelled. As they have already been cancelled, your funds will be refunded back to you.

I'd suspect that the funds should be back tomorrow or Friday!
