Seller didn't ship item

So, a seller accepted my offer for an item they were selling. Claimed it was shipped but when I tracked the package, it stated the label was created but USPS was still awaiting the item. This person still claimed it had been taken to the post office. I had a bad feeling about this so I messaged her and just asked for her to cancel the order. She has decided not to sell it on this app now. So therefore she hadn't shipped it like she said. Now it says my money had been refunded but it's not showing up on my account. How long will this take?
