Unable to rate buyers after shipping delivery

I have always had trouble rating buyers for shipping. I get pop up notification prior to delivery and get an error, but usually AFTER DELIVERY is confirmed I can use the website (not app) to rate. I don't have any option now. 3 buyers have rated me and I'd like to return the gesture. Help

I have the same issue as well. I contacted support, they suggested on un-installing and re-installing the mobile app. That worked for one of the sellers I bought from, but I still have an issue with the other one.
