I am not very happy with OfferUp at this point! I spent over $70 on an item and it came to me and not working condition! As soon as I can figure out how to return it, I put in a claim and sent pictures ; docuementation within the time frame and now they're saying I didn't do it in the proper time frame! Very upset. I review for Google, Yelp and other companies professionally! If this company can NOT provide customer service and protections.. In this case a FULL refund I will be starting a gigantic Social Media Review campaign!

Contacting support is what you do at this point, not threaten a company.

If you did everything within the given time I see no reason to get bent out of shape you'll get a refund in that case.
