Can't log in

Last friday I made an shipping offer and the seller accept the offer. Shortly after that I was logged out from the website and couldn't log in anymore, both on mobile app and on website. On the website after I click "Log in" it stuck at the rotating loading icon forever. 

I already paid the amount for the offer and now I couldn't contact the seller or check the shipping status.

Why did this happen and what should I do?

Try clearing your cache / data and see if you can log in after that.

Reinstalling may help if an update installed with errors.

If all else fails, contact support for an answer.

Perhaps you were banned.
