I cannot receive any notifications from the OfferUp app on iPhone and iPad. I am a computer guy and have followed all the instructions/debugging steps, including:
- Turn off power saving mode
- Enable notifications of OfferUp in system setting
- Log out and re-login
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Try to use other accounts
I have seen discussions saying that having multiple devices/accounts in the same IP address will create problems. Could you help me to take a look at my current standing and help me to solve the issue?
