Deposit Pending Taking Too Long

I shipped a chandelier that took 3 weeks to deliver because of the wildfires in California supposedly the lady receive the chandelier payment was processed and then deposited according to offer up... Now it's been 3 weeks I still don't have my money I want my seller fees refunded I've yet to speak to a customer service representative on the telephone only thing I get is an automatic response to my email Weeks later this is been a horrible experience I want my **bleep** money $300 and I want someone to call me

They dont have a phone number that can call you on support. Your best bet would be to email them. Also I would remove your number.
