@SuperSalesWoman Hey there, thank you for trusting us to vent out your frustrations. Everyone here is right. As for what we are doing about it, we just launched a brand new profile with a more detailed rating system and more to help combat those who don't follow through with their messages or offers, and where you can find more details about a user's "reputation" on the app. We'll be announcing it in a blog post soon, but believe us that we are working very hard to help with this issue for every one of our members. We're here for you all!
