Havent received item in 10 days

I bought an item, seller made a label on Oct 23, then it said po in receipt if item on Oct 25 then it said item being sent to a different facility on Oct 29. The seller messaged me that the po wouldn't take the item because of shipping label. I have asked him to cancel this so I can get my money back. Now he isnt responding. I dont know how to reach out to customer support. Any help is appreciated
