I have aproblem i shipped an order out it was delivered yet cancled the same day my customer got his package but i have not got paid nor any help to what is happening ive emailed offer up numerous times and was told a. Payment specialist will be with me shortly that was 24 hours agothe package was delivered 5 or 6 days ago i have the get paid sooner option enabled in my payment preferences i hope im not going to be charged least of my worries can anyone help please
It takes a while for Offerup support to get back to you. I know a lot of people have had trouble with shipping. If you want to get paid immediately, I always suggest meeting locally and dealing with cash.
Thanks ms holley for your reply and help i just thought this shipping would expand my customer base and open up a door of extra cash flow opened up a door of headache is what i did . i finally got a response with the answer of thank u for ur patients i passed you problem with long to a payment specialist whom will be with you shortly 3 days later i got another email thank you for your patients i passed your problem along to a senior payment specialist whom will be with you shortly .its been about 2 weeks this is going on is this normal for customer service to snowball me for this long with out informitive contact
