I just chatted with our Payments specialists and they let me know that they responded to your case and stated that they will update you once they have additional information.

as an update i finally got my money back this week. no response or notification from offerup at all. i wouldve thought they would have told me and apologized but nope. it just appeared in my bank account without even the name offerup, just some sketchy transaction label: "STRIPE". ive also been getting sketchy messages on other things im selling offering to buy my stuff but have it shipped. but when i asked if they wanna do paypal instead of offerup payments, they refused and immediately shut up. sounds like people exploiting the scam. idk why offerup isn't listening to its customers and hasn't shut their failure of a payment system down...
