Go back to shipping your packages @BrightMoonstone, because you're not helping us at all besides making excuses for them when you aren't STAFF. As this is beyond OfferUp and their "community guidelines".

You should message the customer service department as you have been advised before. Staff does NOT work on the forum other than the one forum staff member and she has already asked you to contact customer service. Please try to follow the rules..

Please refer to the TOS as posted above, it is the agreement you chose then using the site. As stated in the legal contract please dont use the site if you cant follow the legal agreement..

I agree I have removed all my items from shipping status. I sold an item and the buyer received it same day IU cancelled the transaction then opened it again with another transaction then cancelled it. Buyer says funds were taken from his acct he has the product and I’m out my money. What kind of service it that? My item sold is up for sale again but there is no product to sell. I’m afraid to mark as sold because it completely deletes my conversations with the buyer as my evidence. Customer service is the worse. Going on 3 weeks now. So I’m not the only one experiencing this crap
