Need customer support help

Hello, I placed a shipping order on OfferUp and got a notification today that it had been delivered. I check the tracking number it it says it was delivered in Washington and I live in Ohio. I also checked my mail and the package did not arrive. I attempted to file a buyer protection claim a few hours after the delivery notification but was unable to because it said the window for a buyer protection claim had expired. I have 2 days after delivery to file a claim, so something is wrong here. Is anyone here able to help me get a refund?
Edit: I'd like to add that I've ordered shipping on OfferUp before with no problem, so I know my address was entered correctly.
