OU Stole My Money

Transaction 454788. I was never paid for the item I shipped that was delivered 5 weeks ago. I used the offerup shipping label. You all have sent automated responses and have been ignoring me. Why am I not paid yet and why is my issue being ignored? I should not have to wait longer than this since your OU policy says after 5 business days. Where have you taken my money? @Mj_206 @Dad_Tired my issue is still standing. Help me please? I just want my money. I need answers. This is TERRIBLE business practices.

This case has already been escalated to the correct teams and it looks like they have been in contact today.

Guess what ? You won’t be paid just like some of us . Let’s be honest , they are holding our money for no reason . Be smart and don’t offer shipping on offerup .sell them on eBay . At least with PayPal you will be paid as long as you provide a working tracking number . Trust me you won’t be begging anyone for your own money .

Guess what ? It’s been days since all items were delivered . I’ve contacted support at least 3-4 times . All lies and promises . Being told doesn’t mean my issue has been resolved . You should at least admit this is something very dishonest from management . Never in my whole life , I had to beg a company to let me have access to my own money . I hope someone contact news channels or newspapers to warm future sellers about this SCAM . Have a good day !

@dd37571 in reviewing your case, everything seemed completely cordial on both ends. We thanked you for your patience, you thanked us for our updates. Then on Monday we told you that your funds have been disbursed, meaning that from that point it will take 3-5 business days to receive funds. I read over your entire case and tickets, and you only have one open with our Shipping team. I'm not sure why you suddenly think we're being dishonest, when everything on your ticket seems to be on schedule currently.

Mj_206 so what about my case? I'm still waiting. 6 weeks. I keep being told my issue is being transferred to the payment specialist, but I am not getting any updates after this. If I am, it is telling me that I should wait the business day waiting period, which doesn't make since because I always tell them it has been many weeks.

You guys are liars though! you're just sending automated messages when you all have literally taken people's money time and patience i too have not been paid yet transaction id: 900460 and i STILL havent hward from offer up in a week when its still saying ready to deposit
