OfferUp Transaction Problem

Hello, on September 5th I purchased something from a seller. After talking to the seller she did not receive a shipping label to ship the item. After trying to figure it out of over an hour she decided to contact support. Support claimed they cancelled the order yet it still shows as pending for me and that im waiting for the shipment. Its now been over 3 days and support wont answer. My money is still locked in with offerup. Wtf!! What do I do??
