Offers canceled because of address error

Hi every time I go to accept an offer it brings me to the page with my name and address, I then click on submit and it says error every single time! My address is formated correctly, please help me.

It then cancels the transaction EVERY single time, this has happened twice now- this is incredibly frustrating!

Please help me offer up, I need atleast the most recent offer I received reinstated and un-cancelled. Your help page has not "helped" me find a resolution to this in any way. My app is updated to the current version.
