Payment pending.....

So I made a sale on the 25 package got there on the 28 and my account still says payment pending. I have tried many times to get in contact with somebody and all I keep getting is my concern will be sent to accounting . Who do I need to talk to to get my money? This is the 11th day!!! And who thought this system was a great idea. I'm having every body for now on pay me through PayPal.

@Dch75  You have received confirmation that the funds are currently on their way to you. The length of time it takes to receive payment is stated in several different articles on our site. A blog is coming up shortly which goes over this in more detail.

Your case has already been escalated over to our Payments and Shipping team Smiley Happy

I understand that the disbursement schedule may seem a bit lengthy, but going through our Shipping process and not PayPal will offer you our buyer protection. Communicating outside of the app or using any 3rd party apps will make any buyer protection claims pretty difficult to look into, so I always recommend keeping things within the app.

Right I've gotten this message 3 times now and not only is my money is still missing but nobody has reached out to me to fix the problem. Thats unaccaple and I have notified the BBB of these practices and I'm spreading the word and proof of how many people are going with out their payments. I can't even call to complain due to not haveing a phone number.

@Dch75 You have already received a response from Steven on our Payments team. Please check your email, as it states the funds are on their way to you. Once payment has been disbursed, it can take up to 5 business days to receive the money. It's on the way Smiley Happy

 I deff will. I say don't use the feature. If you do play it safe and use paypal. And of course the offer up team is going to say its safer to use them. Question have you ever heard of paypal keeping somebodies money for this long? Did not think so. I say use paypal until offer up gets their crap together. By the way I would like to think the BBB becasue as soon as I messaged them I got a email from them. That is super fast. That got here faster then my freakng money.

@Mj_206 what I recived is that it wont be here for another 3-5 days again.... Why can't they just put it into my account like any other online site.

I took a look and it appears that there was an issue that prevented you from being paid I have made some changes and disbursed the funds to you today, 05/09/2018 and you should see them reflected on the deposit method you opted for when you set up your OfferUp Payments on your account.

This typically happens within a day or so, but depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 5 business days for funds to process and reach your account.

So nothing really casue 1 I still do not have my money in my accout. 2 going to take 5 more days ( more becasue of the weekend) to get in my account.

@Mj_206@0317 Offerup took my money. I looked on the app. It no longer says payment pending. I went to both my bank account and debit account. Not there either. If taking my money is solving the problem then get ready for a lot of headacks because no body steals from me!!!
