@Nattekk that is literally all I can do. I am not trained on Payments or Shipping. I am the Community Manager of these forums. All I can do is escalate to the proper teams.

If the buyer had to pay at the post office the correct amount of postage wasn't added when you posted the item. You need to get a hold of the post office and have them mark it as delivered because if Offer up is seeing return to sender that's going to keep delaying payment.

@Mj_206 I'm not saying it's your fault.  But if you are the Community Manager of these forums, by now you should know what people are complaining about OfferUp.  Issues should be escalated to Managers/Directors/VP by now.  Not Payment or Shipping teams, where information will get lost in the "blackhole".

Since what you recommended is a major part of my job, I can guarantee that I've provided this feedback with all appropriate teams. I can confirm that you haven't received an update from our Payments team in a while, and I have gone ahead and given this feedback to the previous agent you've worked with.

@Mj_206 I'm going to standby and see how long the agent will get back to me.  Better yet, I would like a solution for my issue. 

 

If OfferUp not going to pay me, that's fine too; I'll take a lost.  What **bleep** me off is uncertainty; where item is delivered, customer satisfied, payment not going through, issue escalated to Payment team, then no respond.  This show me that your Payment team is incompetent, in-turn all of your users will starting to lose faith.  Give it couple more months, another app like LetGo will take over.

I have an issue with OfferUp because they will not pay me. I sold a pair of sneakers $100 the buyer paid OfferUp when the money went to be deposited into my account it said the money was in my account they said my bank verified that the money was in my account. Today later the money is back as a pending status on my account with OfferUp.I cannot get them to answer an email tell me how to change my deposit information to where is correct if it is wrong it's stuck it's in limbo $92.10 is just sitting there and I don't know how to get it and they will not answer a message to tell me how

I don't think they ever look into anything I don't think there is payment specialists I think it's all just a ruse to get your money and delay delay delay until you forget about it. I've got $92.10 sitting there for months now I cannot get an answer from anybody a payment specialist or anyone about what to do
