That is not what I meant in my post. By misinformation I'm speaking about when people post on these forums stating that they never heard from our teams when their issue was already resolved. It has happened several times throughout this thread. The reason you hadn't received any funds previously was that there wasn't a deposit method added. Last I checked, our payments team alerted you that the disbursement has been initiated. Beyond that, you need to work with them - there isn't anything else I can do.

I understand that community members are experiencing payment delays. I'm doing everything in my power to highlight these issues to the correct teams. I'm trying to find the root cause so that I can come back to you guys and update you. I wish there was more I could say right now aside from me just stating that I'm looking into this and will report back as soon as I have more info.

I shipped an item to a buyer that they confirmed in the messages they received on 12/26/2018. I even checked the USPS tracking # and it confirms the same thing, so there is clear evidence that this transaction should have gone through. My money was pending for a couple of days and then all of a sudden the status showed as the transaction being cancelled by me??? The buyer got the item and I never got my $75. I have been sending message after message to OfferUp only to receive sporadic automated messages about my issue being sent to a senior payment specialist. This is completely ridiculous. I am out money that is rightfully mine and I cannot get a response out of OfferUp. I don’t know what to do and looking for any possible advice as to getting a resolution and getting the money that I am owed.

Hi there, @Nikkih54 - if you have already reached out to support, my best advice is to wait for a response. Our teams work through payments inquiries in the order in which they were received and are working as fast as possible to get through these claims. We'll make sure your case is routed to the proper teams.

@Mj_206 I feel that I have been more than patient. It has been over 3 weeks since I escalated this issue and have not heard back. It should not take that long to get this resolved and get the money that is rightfully due to me.
