Pending deposit/transaction details error

I ship often on OU, and my deposits are sent within hours of usps pickup scans, except one recent transacation.
It was just delivered yesterday, but as I stated I always have deposits by now. When i click on transaction details, it gives me an error. No code, just a problem with server error. Only on that one. Anyone have any insight? To my knowledge there was not a problem I have been made aware of.
If a buyer did have an issue, would i get a notification or something?

@RevivalGypsy--Hello!! Sometimes when receiving any error code if you uninstall and then reinstall the app it tends to correct itself. If you continue to have issues with any transactions, payment delays, etc. you should reach out to customer support for additional assistance:

@Hi-there I know you have good intentions, but you may want to SLOW DOWN on the cookie cutter replies. @RevivalGypsy  is a Super Shipper, so this is her not first rodeo.

@factsdontcare--I know it's not @RevivalGypsy first time shipping & I never said it was. I was simply stating that I too have received many different error codes & some of the things I've tried. One was to reach out to customer service, & they helped me. Thank you.
