I have spent all day through many channels including the app, Twitter and email with absolutely no response. I was frauded by the seller Chanda and now I feel offerup is complicit.

If you sent it out today just wait a bit.

There are many people with varying issues everyday.

As long as you filed within the appropriate time and paid / shipped through the app, you should be fine.

I get help within minutes and have an opportunity to speak with a human with other apps like eBay. Here I am told to wait and help do offerup a job flagging items. Offerup customer support and buyer protection is a joke.
