Sellers who don't ship items that you've purchased

I've recently started using the shipping feature as a buyer, and have bought several things which each time the seller only prints the label and never ships the item.this ties up my money for over a week,you can leave no warning to other buyers and the seller goes unpunished

I would report the seller. They should not be doing that if they actually have the item and want to get paid for it. I'm sorry this is happening to you.

I have it does no good.im probably gonna just stick to eBay or mercari, I've never seen anything like this.6 sellers have just not shipped things on me and there's no repercussions

Again I am sorry this is happening to you. The transaction should automatically cancel between 3 to 5 days, giving you your money back.

I'm having the same issue, it just ties up your money. And they go unpunished

Welcome - @Bondboy I’m so sorry you’re having this issue, my advice would be to reach out to our Customer Care teams if you haven’t done so already. They will be able to best assist you with your issue. That being said If you have submitted a ticket to our Customer Care team, please be sure to only submit one request per inquiry. Our Customer Care team works through requests in the order in which they were received, so opening multiple tickets on the same issue will just cause delays. I’ve also added if needed a few links below one being Buyer Protection information as well as our Customer Care teams.
