Shipped multiple items together, now I can't get paid

The buyer asked me to ship multiple items together. I used the shipping label from the first item. I was notified that the sale of the second item might be cancelled if the label is not scanned by USPS within a couple days. Both items have been received by the buyer.

It sounds like you didnt use the label for the second item. That sucks. I wouldn't have shipped them out under the 1 label.

Just reply to the emails Offerup has sent you after you check your spam folders.

I had replied several days ago and no response from OfferUp. The reply seems to go to the chat thread between the buyer and seller.

Did they send you an email with a ticket number? If so, reply to that email.

ok yes, I have one of those, but it's hit a dead end, as I haven't heard from anyone in a while...
