Shipping option only available for a couple hours at a time?

The only way I have the shipping option is to delete the app and reinstall it. Then I only have the option for a couple hours..  I have to start all over again with deleting and reinstalling..  Is anyone else having this problem?  It is really time consuming.  😳

Have you reported this issue to OfferUp? I assume that you are reinstalling by downloading the current version from the App Store for your device? Have you sold other items on here before? If so, were there any issues with the transactions?

Yes, I reinstall from the App Store. I have sold several items on OfferUp. It is frustrating to see brand new members in my area without any sales that have the shipping option from day 1. When I do have the option for a couple hours (after reinstalling it) I take advantage and list and update items with the shipping option. I have not contacted OfferUp as it sounds like they are of no help? How would I contact them?  Thank you for replying.
