Still no refund or return

I sold & shipped earphones through OfferUp, 2 days after received the buyer submitted a claim stating it wasn’t as described or arrived with damage. I received an email on 12/31 stating OfferUp would investigate & get back to me. Today is 1/18 & still no word on a return or pay out..? I reached out to @Mj_206 but still haven’t heard back from either @Mj_206 or support. What’s going on? Am I out earphones & money or what?
