TruYou Verified but not Actually

I’m trying to purchase an item from a user and every time I do it says I can’t make an offer unless I’m TruYou verified but I am. My profile is fully verified and I can’t do anything else but it says I’m stuck at 80%. For some reason I’m verified, have the badge, but can’t send messages or purchase items. Please help I’m missing out on things I want / need because I can’t contact anyone

If you have completed everything and the problem is still there pm the offerup twitter support account.

I would try to reverify the phone or email before reaching out.

Check if you are missing any badges under your profile.
