Ah! Sorry you had to call USPS and deal with that, @Jennifer_Smith. I can confirm that your BP Claim has been submitted. I'm not positive on how long it will take for them to respond, but they are working through payment inquiries as fast as possible. Good job reporting them as well - that will allow our team to do a very thorough investigation of that sellers account.

Should I be receiving an email regarding my submission of BP? I did not get any email after I submitted BP.
I have tried to reach out and support woll not help by no means. Tried submitting a claim and it says error or pending and I have. It submitted one?
