Where is my money?

So I sold a pair of nike green lobster sb on offer up on dec 30th, shipped the item the next day, the client received it, approved the item and gave me 5 stars. The thing is I STILL DIDN’T RECEIVE MY MONEY for a service that claim that I’ll take 5-6 business days to deposit in my account it been 18 days since the transaction is done. I tried to contact offer up « a payment specialist is reviewing my transaction » which hasn’t done anything at all. I’m really unpleased by this and I see that I’m not the only one complaining about. Please stop scamming people. @Mj_206

Idkunkw it’s definitely not @Mj_206 Community Managers fault! she’s doing her very best helping members in these forums get their claims escalated. I see you posted your issue was escalated to a payment specialist, I would recommend keep working with that person so you can resolve this issue. Once you’re issue is resolved, please come back and letting other members know it’s resolved. Because some people come to these forums with issues once it’s resolved they never come back updating other members. 😎🇬🇧🔚

I too have sold something on January 10th and they received it 2 days later . It’s been 5 days since that and I still haven’t received my payment either.

I am using my College Card “BankMobile Vibe” as a way to receive my deposits.
I shipped out the item the next day 01-11-2018
The seller received the item 01-13-2018
The seller inspected the item and gave me a rating which offer up says they inspect the item for 2-3 days and after that the payment will be sent which will take another 3-5 days
The seller rated me 5 stars , nothing was wrong with the item nor package.
This is a horrible service and system. This is my first time selling an item as well as shipping one. Why can’t you just use paypal like everyone else . Why must you hold the money for so long you’ve already ate $10 of my sale. If I do not receive my payment by the end of January I will have to take this problem 1 step further. This is extremely ridiculous.

MarcoCastro757 As long as the process is followed, most sellers receive payment within 5-7 business days of accepting to ship off the item. The buyer has 2 days to evaluate the item once it has been marked as delivered, and after that funds will be transferred which can take 3-5 business days. It usually only takes more time if 1- the shipping label that’s provided wasn't used, 2- Stripe is requiring more personal information to verify identity, or 3- a bug may have happened. 😎🇬🇧🔚

That so called payment didn’t get back at me for a week now. I still don’t know where my money is and still keep reading that it’ll come while it isnt. If you count out the weekends and holidays it been 11 business days and still didn’t receive anything. I don’t know who’s fault it is but this is unacceptable
I don’t know if my comment was deleted but , offerup should use paypal it’s fast and easy

I am in the same situation.  I sold something on offerup and it said the payment was to to my bank on January 11, 2019 and will take 1-2 days for my bank to reflect the deposit.  It has been 5 business days and I have not received payment.  I also used the Contact us twice and said I will received an email shortly, but i havent received one.   @Mj_206 is there any way you are able to help so I will receive my funds?  Thank you.

Me too I contacted them twice and waited for my confirmation email but nothing came up
