Hi @factsdontcare The problem is solved, and I did use the second link you gave me to send them a message, and in my inbox, I saw that it was sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, hence why I mentioned that particular email. One of the staff was able to help me out with this. I agree it's ideal to not send packages on Thursday or Friday. Thanks for your reply!

I am a seller on OfferUp and I decided to sell a 3DS. I set the shipping to $7, which is intended for items up to 3 pounds. Then, I accept an offer from a buyer and get a shipping label. For some reason, the shipping label at the top shows my address, and then, says "SHIP USPS 60700" and below that the address of the buyer. Below this, there are two different barcodes with two different tracking numbers, one of which is a UPS tracking number and the other a USPS tracking number, the UPS barcode and tracking number being on top and USPS tracking number and barcode being on the bottom. So, I package the item I am selling well, and tape down the label so that it is clearly visible. At this point, I wasn't sure where to drop it off, so I go to a third party UPS dropbox to drop off this item WITH THE SHIPPING LABEL THAT I WAS GIVEN BY OFFERUP. The carrier at the dropbox denied this item claiming that the label is for USPS. So then I go the USPS post office, and the carrier ACCEPTED the package and gave me a receipt as proof of sending it. The package was sent and is now in transit to the address of the buyer. HOWEVER, I did NOT get a message from OfferUp stating that "The carrier has scanned the package and it's on it's way...". INSTEAD, I get a message that if I don't send it in the next 48 hours, the buyer will be refunded his money. So, I emailed email@example.com yesterday and have not got a response yet. If nothing happens by 2 pm tomorrow, the package will still be on it's way to delivery and will be delivered but the buyer will get a refund. Tomorrow is Sunday, so the UPS store and the USPS post office is closed. What should I do????? THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSES, I REALLY APPRECIATE THEM!!
